Should You Trust Weight Loss Consultants?

Day 3 of the challenge went well.  I know Maltesers at lunchtime aren’t good so I leave them until after dinner.  The only downside was that after my Rissole Salad (sounds disgusting, really yummy), and after my Maltesers I then decided to follow that up with a couple of chocolate biscuits and then a chocolate protein bar!  So maybe I am not really being honest with myself when I say it went well!  Does this sound familiar?
