To Do:

  • Consider how you can harness autonomy and self-empowerment in your weight loss journey.
  • Reflect upon when you’ve felt feelings of mastery or flow. When have you been “in the zone”?
  • Imagine your ball equivalent. What could it be? You may not know yet … but I can guarantee you’ll have heaps of fun discovering what it is.
