This week we are going to look at Bootcamps. Bootcamps have become very popular over recent years due to a number of reasons, not the least of which is that they are a way for fitness professionals to reap more dollars per session. Consider the rewards for training 20 people at $20 per hour in a bootcamp versus one person at $60 per hour in an individual session. Bootcamps, of course, do have their advantages. Some people find the social element of bootcamp very fulfulling. Of course if you are really over-weight or just not confident exercising in front of others, bootcamps might be something that you are curious about, but too afraid to try.
