How To Make Time For Anything

"I just don’t have time" is perhaps the most popular excuse people use for not exercising or planning healthy meals. But being busy shouldn’t stop you from being healthy – and no matter how busy you are, you’re never too busy to make time for your health.

Try keeping a time log for a week or two: note down everything that you do each day, and how long it takes you to do it. Use your time log to help you figure out when and where you can fit in some healthy exercise and meal planning time. But remember – there’s never a perfect time for anything. If you wait for “the right moment” to begin your healthy life journey, you’ll probably never get started. Make your healthy time your priority, and you’ll soon find that the rest of your life doesn’t fall apart – instead, it’ll fall into place.
