Today Only Promises

This week I want to introduce you to the concept of "today only" promises. This week I want you to think of something that you are struggling with and make yourself a "today only" promise about it, e.g. "Today only I won't have a snack after my evening meal".

Of course, if you do it today, you may well find yourself doing it tomorrow, too—sometimes, the hardest thing is getting started. Once you prove to yourself that you can do it—and that it's really not as bad as you imagined it would be—it may quickly become part of your new healthy routine.
