Stress can contribute to your weight and stressful weight loss can contribute even more. Here’s some ways to help you understand and avoid the stress-cycle during your weight loss journey.

To Do:

  • Consider the stress/weight cycle. What steps can you put in place to help ensure you don’t fall victim to this any longer.
  • Note the stress solutions scale. What causes you more stress than it’s worth? How can you use this scale to deal with such issues in the future.
  • Unleash your parasympathetic nervous system by breathing correctly. It really does work!
