For decades, corporate “weight loss” marketing has made us think that the best way—indeed the ONLY way—to lose weight, is to follow a specific plan or program.

But, the scientific evidence to the contrary is overwhelming. The numbers say that we are actually are dieting and exercising ourselves fat! In the end, aren’t you sick of all those radical new weight loss programs.. don’t you really just want something that actually works?

I was you. You can be me too

You see, I spent the first 30 years of my life battling my weight.

In July 2002, I was 106.5 kg and diagnosed as morbidly obese—that’s the medical term for someone who’s so obese that they are likely to die from it.

After trying everything and getting nowhere, I decided I needed to take control of my life—and weight—not just for then, but forever.

That’s me – before – at 106.5 kg. And now – more than 10 years later – at 53 kg.

I did it by throwing out all the weight loss and diet industry B.S. and broke almost every so called ‘rule’ they have filled us with over the years.

I went about things totally different. I got adventurous and tried things ‘they’ tell us never to do (like not having a goal weight, not announcing to the world that I was going to lose weight, forgetting about portion control and everything in moderation, using food as a reward – if I rewarded myself at all – and still emotionally eating!!!)

The result was I lost 45 kg (99 lbs) in 33 weeks – nearly 1.5 kg (over 3 lbs) per week! I kept that weight off for five years before losing another 8.5 kg (18 lbs) after that.

…And I’ve kept it off since (more than 10 years total).

And you know what… it was a thousand times easier than almost any diet or weight loss program I’d tried before.

I decided to share what I knew

I decided to write a book to try to help as many people as I could.

I guess it touched a nerve in people, because it soon became a Best Seller.

My goal was simple… I wanted to help people win their weight loss war and become one of ‘those people’ who never have to worry about their weight again.

The media soon heard about my story… and the sort of results people were getting with the ‘Anti Guru’ methods of weight loss I was sharing.
