What’s the Worst Possible Thing???

Monday was a big day for me – the official website launch – my 14 000 ft skydive launch! I have spoken many times about how being in control of your weight empowers your throughout the rest of your life. And on Monday I really thought I could fly! It was a great feeling!

Losing weight makes you live lift to the fullest and take risks that you might otherwise shy away from. Nowadays, when I am considering particular courses of action, I always ask myself, “What’s the worst possible thing that could happen?” When you actually examine the real consequences of your potential actions, rarely are they as bad as you imagine them to be. I almost said this yesterday to the two nervous girls who were due to skydive after me. However, in this case, I didn’t think it was appropriate. The answer to “What’s the worst possible thing that can happen?” when you are skydiving is that your parachute can fail to open and you can die. Nevertheless, we all survived and it’s a useful question to ask your self on MOST occasions.
